Nanotech Adds VP Sales to Drive Execution of Growth Strategy

VANCOUVER, British Columbia – January 16, 2019 – Nanotech Security Corp. (TSXV: NTS) (OTCQX: NTSFF) (“Nanotech” or the “Company”), a leading innovator in the research, creation and production of nano-optic structures and colour-shifting materials used in authentication and brand enhancement announces that Brian Donnelly has joined the Company as Vice President Sales.

Mr. Donnelly brings over 25 years of innovative sales and business development leadership to Nanotech. His experience is characterized by roles in a range of industries where managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders were the cornerstones of his success. He is adept at building and leading high-performance sales teams and executing successful initiatives across international boundaries. Most recently, Mr. Donnelly was Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Norsat International, where he delivered the Company’s largest sale to date and grew annual revenues in excess of 35% in the face of a declining overall market.

Reporting to President and CEO Troy Bullock, Mr. Donnelly will be accountable for delivering on Nanotech’s revenue goals as the Company progresses with the execution of its growth strategy, targeting the banknote security feature and brand enhancement industries. Mr. Donnelly holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Simon Fraser University.
